Make safety the first step
If the vehicle is in an active lane, someone is injured, or there is fire, smoke, or another immediate hazard, call 911 and follow emergency instructions. Do not stand in traffic or try to prepare the car in an unsafe place.
Gather what the operator needs
Have the keys, location, vehicle description, and proof that you may request the tow. Tell the operator about leaks, collision damage, locked wheels, missing keys, flat tires, or a vehicle that cannot steer.
Check the drop-off
Confirm the receiving address, opening hours, and whether someone can accept the vehicle. Remove accessible valuables only when it is safe to do so. Ask how the vehicle will be delivered and how you will receive a receipt.
Bring these details to the call
- Keys and authority to request service
- Visible damage and fluid leaks
- Safe access for the truck
- Confirmed receiving destination
Use the Tow Request Checklist to organize what you know, then call (305) 690-0633. The checklist does not submit or save answers. Availability and the final quote are confirmed by phone.
