A better equipment discussion

CHOOSE THE RIGHT TOW

Describe the vehicle and the loading conditions before assuming which truck can take the job.

Start with the vehicle

Give the year, make, model, approximate size, drivetrain if known, and whether the vehicle rolls and steers. A flat tire, locked wheel, collision damage, low ride height, or missing keys can change the loading plan.

Match equipment to the pickup

A carrier may be appropriate when all wheels should be off the road or the vehicle is damaged. A wheel-lift may be possible for some ordinary moves. Tight garages, low clearance, narrow streets, and steep ramps may limit either option. The operator decides after hearing the actual conditions.

Confirm before dispatch

Ask which equipment the quote assumes, whether extra dollies or recovery work may be needed, and what happens if the truck cannot safely access the vehicle. Do not move a damaged vehicle just to fit an equipment choice.

Bring these details to the call

  • Year, make, model, and drive type
  • Can every wheel roll and can the car steer?
  • Ground clearance, damage, keys, and tire condition
  • Pickup access and destination

Use the Tow Request Checklist to organize what you know, then call (305) 690-0633. The checklist does not submit or save answers. Availability and the final quote are confirmed by phone.
